Research Interest

My research interest on use  and application of data analysis and visualization tools (statistics and geographic information system), usually open-source (e.g. R, QGIS) in the fields of agriculture, climate change, natural resource management, and public health. I am also skilled in the use of commercial software such as SAS, SPSS, IDRISI, ERDAS, ArcView 3.x, and ArcGIS 9.x. Lately, I started learning python for statistical and scientific computing.
